Grandmas Cream Puffs

Ingredients:

1 Cup of water.

A pinch of salt.

1 Stick of butter.

1 Cup of flour.

4 eggs

1 Vanilla pudding box

1 1/2 cups milk

4 oz of cool whip

Powdered sugar

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Boil water, salt, and butter in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low heat.
  4. Add flour and stir fast until it forms a ball.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. 1 at a time stir eggs in dough.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to make balls and put them on a cookie sheet.
  8. Put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes then drop the heat to 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not open oven while cooking.
  9. Make pudding according to the box.
  10. Fill cream puffs with pudding.
  11. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
