Grandmas Pot Roast

Ingredients

Shoulder steak or chuck roast

Onions

Salt

Pepper

1-2 cups water

Baby carrots

Potatoes

Fresh garlic

 

Directions

  1. Brown the meat on both sides.
  2. Stab meat with fork and put garlic in holes.
  3. Salt and pepper the meat.
  4. Peel and cut potatoes in desired size.
  5. Put meat and potatoes in crock pot.
  6. 1-2 cups water (make sure you pour water over the meat and potatoes).
  7. 6 hours on high and at the last hour put in the carrots.
