Shoulder steak or chuck roast
1-2 cups water
- Brown the meat on both sides.
- Stab meat with fork and put garlic in holes.
- Salt and pepper the meat.
- Peel and cut potatoes in desired size.
- Put meat and potatoes in crock pot.
- 1-2 cups water (make sure you pour water over the meat and potatoes).
- 6 hours on high and at the last hour put in the carrots.
