Moms Chocolate Fudge


3 cups sugar

3/4 cup butter

5 oz evaporated milk

12 oz semi sweet chocolate

7 oz jet puffed marshmallow cream

1 tsp vanilla



  1. Line 9 inch pan with foil.
  2. Bring sugar butter and milk to full rolling boil in large sauce pan on medium heat. stirring constantly.
  3. Cook 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234*F. Stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add chocolate and marshmallow. stir until melted.
  6. Add vanilla. Mix well.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Lift from pan by foil.
  10. Cut into squares.
