Ingredients
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
5 oz evaporated milk
12 oz semi sweet chocolate
7 oz jet puffed marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Line 9 inch pan with foil.
- Bring sugar butter and milk to full rolling boil in large sauce pan on medium heat. stirring constantly.
- Cook 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234*F. Stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate and marshmallow. stir until melted.
- Add vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Cool completely.
- Lift from pan by foil.
- Cut into squares.
